Positive: Nice apartment and good location. Negative: A phone charger burned out due to a faulty outlet near the bed.

Good location, but poor service and an excessive €399 locksmith fee ruined the stay. Positive: The location in the city was good. The neighboring carwash was very noisy. Negative: The apartment itself was acceptable. The location is central, although there is a very loud car wash next to the building, which makes it far from peaceful. Cleanliness was fine and the bed was okay. What was not acceptable was the handling of the lock-out situation and the complete lack of customer care. The lock system allows the key left inside to block the outside key — something that is not unusual and can happen easily. I immediately contacted the host and was informed the concierge could open the door for €38. The concierge failed to open it, and without properly discussing alternatives or costs beforehand, an emergency locksmith was called. I was then charged €399 — more than four nights of my stay. At no point was there flexibility, shared responsibility, or an attempt to find a reasonable solution. The cost was disproportionate, and the communication throughout was poor and dismissive. This situation heavily influenced how I experienced the property. When something goes wrong, customer care defines the stay. In this case, it was simply not there. I cannot recommend this accommodation based on how this was handled.
